As I mentioned a few articles ago, the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) - the replacement for UKBA - launched a customer satisfaction survey on 16 December 2013 for people applying for a visa from outside the UK. if you are applying for a visa from outside the UK, you will be asked to fill in a new customer satisfaction survey. The survey was initially launched in October 2013 for customers applying for a visa in the UK.

Applicants will receive an e-mail inviting them to fill out a survey via a web link after they have received their decision. Some information can be found at http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/newsarticles/2013/december....

The questionnaire is aimed at the applicant or their parent or guardian only. Unfortunately, as I mentioned before, this means it is not intended to cover the views of hosts/sponsors.

Attached below is a document setting out the questions which are posed in the survey.
